It took a while for them to get back to me, but they did eventually reply (so at least I wasn’t completely ignored). Overall, the customer service was fine, just not especially quick...

I always notice little patterns with shipping, like whether corners get crushed or items shift around in the box, and this one checked all the right boxes. It arrived safe, everything was packed neatly, and there wasn’t any damage at all...

The site looks okay and it’s easy enough to click around, but it feels a little dated and kind of plain. Nothing is really broken or terrible, it just doesn’t feel very polished. I also got the sense that the goalposts kept moving in terms of what the site was supposed to deliver, which made the whole experience a bit frustrating. It’s fine, just not something I’d call impressive.

The order showed up fine and the vial itself looked good, so no real complaints there. I just wish the safety and legal info was easier to find because I was looking at the label and then, wait, is that all the info? It felt a little basic. Not bad overall, but I did end up double-checking a few things myself.

I guess in my head I had the shortcut of “tritium = super bright glow,” but in person it’s more subtle than I expected. In a fully dark room you can see it fine, it just doesn’t jump out or anything. Shipping was about what I’d call standard. Overall, it’s okay, not bad, but not something that really wowed me either.

After a few weeks of regular use, it started showing small scratches, and one corner looked worn down faster than I expected. It’s not awful, and it still works for normal use, but I really hoped it would be tougher without me having to keep giving it more time and benefit of the doubt. Three stars feels about right.

I’ve been using it for months now and it still has that nice glow all night, if that makes sense. Haven’t had any issues with it at all.
